Key Lime Cheesecake Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons softened cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest, plus more for topping
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 graham cracker, crumbled
Directions
  1. Add the rolled oats, almond milk, yogurt, cream cheese, chia seeds, lime zest, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into an airtight container or a jar with a lid.
  2. Stir together until well combined.
  3. Place the lid on and refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning, top with crumbled graham cracker and additional lime zest.
